What feedback may include

When you choose to submit feedback from the app, it may include the email and message you provide plus limited diagnostics used to reproduce the issue: your device model, iOS version, BuildMate Calc version and build number, app language or region, and report time. Feedback is optional. Do not include passwords, payment details, client information or other sensitive material.

Before you write

For a calculation issue, include the measurement you entered, the result you expected and a screenshot if it is safe to share. This makes problems much easier to reproduce.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases inside the app if a previous Pro unlock is missing. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support process.
